Roger F. Harris

Roger F. Harris has more than 20 years of experience in issue advocacy, civic engagement, and political campaigns.  He has worked with non-profit organizations, businesses, and labor unions all across the United States of America building coalitions and helping people.  At different time periods, Roger F. Harris worked on Capitol Hill assisting former U.S. House of Representative Karen Thurman of Florida, the late U.S. House of Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Ohio, and former U.S. House of Representative Loretta Sanchez of California.    

Currently, Roger F. Harris is a partner with Fitzgerald & Ross Capital LLC and serves as a senior advisor with the Sports Philanthropy Network.  In addition, he is a board member with the National Latino Cosmetology Association Foundation.   A native Floridian,Roger F. Harris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida A&M University, and he has a Master of Arts in Social Justice and Community Organizing from Prescott College as a summa cum laude graduate.

Angelina Smith has been supporting Prescott students since 2014 and has worked with our MA in SJCO program for two years. She has a strong belief that guiding students into this program is an act of activism to make our world a more just and equitable place.
