    Prescott College is located in Prescott, AZ, nestled in the beautiful high plateaus of Arizona. We are about a 2-hour drive from Phoenix and Flagstaff. There are various ways to get here.

    Getting to Prescott College

    Prescott College is located in Prescott, AZ, nestled in the beautiful high plateaus of Arizona. We are about a 2-hour drive from Phoenix and Flagstaff. There are various ways to get here.

    Airport Information

    Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport is the nearest large airport, about 100 miles south of Prescott. Plan to rent a car or make shuttle arrangements coinciding with airline arrival and departure. Shuttle vans run several times daily between various locations in Prescott and Sky Harbor Airport (see below). Travel to and from the airport and Prescott is approximately 2 hours.

    Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is a smaller airport in the Phoenix area which houses Allegiant, Spirit, and Frontier Airlines. There are no direct shuttles between Prescott and this airport, but students can take a shuttle between Sky Harbor and Gateway (Phoenix Gateway Direct or 855-982-2555). The shuttle between airports takes about 45 minutes.

    There is also a small airfield near Prescott, Ernest A. Love Field, with direct flights to a few international airports, including Los Angeles and Denver.

    Driving Directions

    Directions to Prescott College: (From Phoenix)
    Take Interstate I-17 north toward Flagstaff
    Take exit #262 onto AZ-69 west toward Prescott
    Take ramp onto Gurley St. (AZ-69 becomes Gurley St.)
    Continue west on Gurley Street (past the courthouse square and Whiskey Row) to Grove Ave.
    Turn right on Grove – Prescott College is located on the second and third blocks on the left 

    Directions to Prescott College: (From Flagstaff)
    Take Interstate I-17 south towards Phoenix
    Exit onto Highway AZ-69 toward Prescott
    Take ramp onto Gurley St. (AZ-69 becomes Gurley St.) 
    Continue west on Gurley Street (past the courthouse square and Whiskey Row) to Grove Ave.
    Turn right on Grove – Prescott College is located on the second and third blocks on the left

    Shuttle Service

    Groome Transportation provides one-way or round-trip shuttle service from the Phoenix area including Sky Harbor Airport. Note that there is not a drop-off location at Prescott College, so an additional cab or Uber is necessary.
